Towera has a Bachelor Degree in Information Security and Computer Forensics.

She works in ICT at the Judiciary under the High Court. She started as a Data Entry Officer then moved to Assistant IT Support Officer. She currently works as Network Officer.

Towera is a member of Zambia Mental Health Advocacy Training where she is an Advocate for Mental Health. She sensitizes and teaches on how technology and cyber bullying affects mental health.

Her interests are events planning and cooking.
